Horsetail Fall
Yosemite National Park
Horsetail Fall's spectacular "Firefall" is a treat of nature that comes to life only under specific conditions for two weeks in February. Needed are sufficient snowpack, proper weather conditions, and, of course, being there!

Photographer Stephen Leorandi captures its stunning beauty in the photograph used for this site. The inspiration it offers is akin to the eureka experience when coaching is at creative, insightful best, aligning the self with purpose and action.
